Welcome to For the Love of Yarn’s Reader’s Gallery

Our first addition to For the Love of Yarn’s Reader’s Gallery comes from Jessica Wellmeyer. She knitted up a Whatever Shrug for her friend Roland, the guinea pig.

These pictures were taken by Stephen Hartley and as you can tell Roland looks pretty happy in his new outfit. Jessica did let us know that Roland is now almost TWICE the size he was in the photos above and the shrug is getting pretty snug on him. Have no fear; Jessica said she will be making Roland a special holiday shrug for this winter.

Once you complete a project from our patterns go ahead and email us a picture of your finished object telling us all about it. We want to know things like how long it took you, what yarn and needle/hook sizes you used, what modifications you made (if any), and any other interesting bits of information you’d like to share.
