What You’ll Find in Our First Issue…

This first issue has been most exciting to put together! We have gotten to work with some amazing designers, some seasoned some brand new - but all of them hardworking and FUN! In this issue you’ll find some fantastic knit and crochet patterns that are beautiful, useful, and downright fun! Head on over to our pattern section to check them out!

When you are done with our patterns, take yourself over to our features section and check out the article on Freeform Crochet! Even our webmaster (who doesn’t admit to liking yarn crafts) was intrigued by the author’s enthusiasm for her craft. Her confession is a fun article that is well worth the read, not to mention has amazing pictures of her colorful work! Be forewarned, she might just convert you to a freeformer by the article’s end.

You’ll also notice that we’ve added some great features to the site to help you with all of your yarn needs. First and foremost is our FREE classifieds section. That’s right folks - FREE!!! No charge! We all decided that we have lots of stuff in our yarn related stashes that we’d like to get rid of, or at least find other people who could use them. However, paying auction fees is something we loathe. Of course we could post our items on our blogs; but we’ve found that we don’t get nearly the amount that is needed to sell our stuff.

So enter in our solution of FREE classifieds. You are more than welcome to post your yarn craft related items FREE of charge for 30 days. We assume that everyone will play nicely by posting only yarn craft related items, and will keep things clean and friendly. All that we ask is that these classifieds are for personal use only. If you own a business and want to sell your items, please contact us for our low advertising rates that will get your business seen by many!

We have also begun the quest of establishing our free forums for all talk related to knitting and crocheting. Please be patient as we work hard to post topics in the forum. We wanted to get this issue out ASAP so we figured this was something that we’d do over the next few weeks.
